Notice: Please DO NOT use the same bank card information to register repeatedly to accept a deal, the system will detect and freeze the account ID automatically.

Personal multi-account accepting deals will lead to the suspension licence of hotels, affecting the hotel’s credibility and the invalidation of deal orders. The platform prohibits the same bank card binded to multiple accounts, please DO NOT use individual multi-account, a card bound to multiple accounts, will all lead to funds freeze up to 90 days or account blocked permanently for future processing.

The platform is designed to prevent people from maliciously money laundering or cashing out a series of improper behaviour.

1. Deposit

To deposit, you are only required to deposit within your profile page. The followings are the deposit process:

a. Click on “My Account” > “ Profile”

b. Click on the “Top Up” button.

c. Fill in your username on the LiveChat page and you will be redirect to the customer service to be assisted on the remittance deposit.

d. Send “Top Up” to customer service and make instant transfer of the amount that you wish to deposit to the bank account details provided by the platform’s customer service. (IBG or other form of payment is NOT acceptable. Only instant transfer is allowed)

e. Be sure to submit a screenshot of successful transfer to customer service.

**PLEASE MAKE SURE TO OBTAIN AND VERIFY THE BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE MAKING ANY TRANSACTIONS. ANY WRONGFUL TRANSACTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**

2. Booking Hotel

After completing your personal information and delivery address in the platform. After you deposit your account, you may start booking a hotel, click “Book” to redirect to the relevant page to “Booking Now”. Patiently wait for the system to assign a hotel deal, submit each deal once hotel deals pop up to complete the deals within 30 minutes. Complete at least 30 submissions per day to perform withdrawal.

3. Withdrawal

Before submitting for withdrawal, please bind your bank account details to our platform under “My Account” > “Profile”. Each member is required to complete all 30 bookings before submitting for withdrawal. During the operating hours of the platform, each member can withdraw the funds in the profile “Withdraw” interface. Click the “Withdraw” button after entering the amount you wish to withdraw and enter your security password for verification. Each withdrawal will be processed in within 15-30 minutes and subjected to the withdrawal traffic.

Note: Each member is only allowed to withdraw 5 times per day.

4. Platform Agent

Platform users can become platform agents by referring new members and can get additional dynamic rewards. The reward is 20% of the daily profit of the direct first-level user.

5. Submission Time

Platform operating hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 everyday, members can book hotels during the platform operating hours.
